Gospel  Blooms International is a ministry of Gospel Centres International. The ministry consists of women of all ages striving to live according to God’s word by advancing the kingdom of God. Our goal is to minister to the needs of all the women. Understanding that we are from different backgrounds and have unique needs we feel it is important  to reach out and minister to women by embracing, accepting and loving them where they are.

Towards meeting our mandate, the ministry launched the county initiative, which ensures inclusion of all GCI-Assemblies. We currently have the GBI Chapters in Central, Utawala, Kitengela, Thika Road, and are now launching Machakos. This will continue into the rest of the counties. The Ministry is also moving to the international arena with our partners form other nations.

Bishop’s Remarks

It has been a journey we have walked together since our church was born. Slowly but steadily, the GCI women have emerged with time to become a great movement, a great force and great support system in the growth of Gospel Centres International, just as it was in the days of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is interesting to note that 65% of our total church attendees have been women, making it therefore no secret to state that much of the success that we have achieved as a ministry has not been without the support of GCI women. True to this fact, I bear witness that, most of our church ministries, programs and events are currently being run by our women. I am also glad to note that during the last few years the GCI sisters fellowship has grown tremendously, not only in meeting attendance, but in many other programs and projects that have been initiated to empower the total life of a woman, spiritually, economically, socially and the family, bringing hope to many of them.

The women fellowship has found various vehicles to communicate their vision and mission to many others as they move on to the next level of their ministry. I hope that a lot of their aspirations will be articulated as the GCI women extend their tents and expand their place of habitation both within the church and the community around us.

I pray that the different forums will richly bless all those who interact with the women ministry, and find it a source of hope and encouragement to as many as shall be reached. May the sister’s ministry continue walking in the journey that will continue their fellowship and ministering until our Lord Jesus comes. May the Lord God bless you as you serve Him.
